🙄 so my husband has mood swings, he'll swear he doesn't... but he does. I do my best to be understanding, as scientifically men actually do have more mood changes in a day than women do. Women just get stereotyped because of our menstrual...

Yet, it's no fun when his mood swings last for days and he's insistent that nothing is wrong but I can obviously tell something is bothering him. Granted when I let it go and literally leave him alone, no talking, no touching, nothing, he'll go back to his baseline of being OK. Almost as if he wants me to be concerned and when I'm not he pulls me back in... We all have our days but I'm a communicator and it's hard sometimes because my husband isn't a big communicator.

How do you guys deal with it?
