progesterone?

Last month I had a chemical around 4w5d, so my doctor asked me to come in for bloodwork. Hcg was already less than 2 and progesterone was 0.7. This was the day after my period started and about 4 days after my bfp. Anyone have any insight into what this progesterone level indicates?

The progesterone is a major factor in thickening the lining of your uterus so that it's strong enough to hold the pregnancy. My dr said normal women are at 15 when pregnant, but I'm with a fertility specialist and they expect mine to be above 20
