Is glow correct?

Are the pregnancy percentages on the calendar correct? I use OPKs and have input them into the app for a few months. I got a positive OPK on Tuesday and Wednesday, so I probably didn’t actually ovulate until Thursday, but it says my highest percentage chance of conceiving is still Tuesday and Wednesday. So not on actual ovulation day? Sorry if this sounds dumb..

I think it does that because it considers that the days of your surge, an egg would drop in the next 12-36 hours. So if you had sex at the peak of your surge the sperm would already be there waiting for the egg. If it marked the day after as your ovulation, closer to when the egg was released you'd have a greater chance of missing the egg if you didn't have sex. I honestly don't know but that's my theory lol 🤷🏽‍♀️
