positive 5 hpt..one from 1st dr

now today I went to my OBGYN and she said negative urine test so they didn't wanna do anything. I asked for ultra sound and they said they only seen thickening of the lining...i told k FEEL preg..have several positive tests and the Dr I seen yesterday tested me positive. I've had several miscarriages already and an ectopic I CAN'T lose my other tube. she humored me with a blood test n said call her back Monday. wait the whole weekend. well. she just called me back n said my hcg levels came back 83. I'm what that means but she said it's prob too early in the pregnancy to see or do anything....follow up with her n 4 WEEKS!!😩 I don't know what's next or how far along that means I am....alsi my periods are so irregular that wouldn't tell me anything.anyone else?
