Pain in right side of pelvis a week before AF...what could it be?

According to OPKs I am 7po and experiencing aching pain in lower right side. Feels almost like ovulation pain and has come and gone all evening. what could it be??

I had implantation cramping, it was on my right side and it was NOT even close to how bad menstrual cramps are, it was very very subtle cramps. Also had a pulling feeling when I would stand up.

I have been feeling this ever since starting ttc and being more aware of all the stuff happening with my body. Could be preggers. Could just be gas. Could be a hundred million things, and that's what makes all this so hard!
