Okay I need help

Last months period was late started on the 25 of sept then ( was normal) then on the 13 I had spotting 13/14 !! I was like what the heck now I have like three days vomiting am thinking it's a virus but not sure could it be possible that am pregnant and to soon to do a test ( i went in today cuz of the vomiting and light head ) dr took a pregnancy test was negative 👎
