So I just found out I’m pregnant last week (yay!) but here’s the thing. My husband and I just started jobs that will pay for bills while having enough to put away in savings and for fun stuff. He started his job 3 weeks ago and I started mine a week ago. I’m about to get some money back to put down as a deposit for our own place (we’re staying with a friend) and we have 3 kids. (My daughter is with me full time, one of his sons comes every other weekend, and his other son we don’t see) but his worry is the fact that he pays about $900-$1000 in child support for both of his kids and he has some debt he needs to pay off. (Ok like a lot) this isn’t the best time for us to have a baby together, but it definitely isn’t impossible, considering we both have new well paying jobs. He doesn’t think we should go through the pregnancy, but I want to, but I also don’t wanna force him to be a father again because I don’t want him having regrets and saying “it wasn’t worth it” like he has said about his baby mamas that had no intentions on being with him, but went through with the pregnancy and came after him for child support, but don’t want or care to have him around. I’m so conflicted. I don’t want to parent alone or have him resent me or the baby and treat us a certain way. I already had to raise my daughter without her father around, I don’t wanna do that again. I have an appointment to terminate Monday, but idk if I can go through with it.
