Ladies I need help!😭😭😭
So I’m a struggling mumma. My baby is 10 months old and my whole world❤️ but I’m stuck in an awful depression, I hate leaving the house unless I’m with my SO. I’ve still got a god awful mum tum and put on so much weight.
I need help, what are some easy workouts I can do whilst at home and that won’t completely knacker me out as I need to be lively for my baby.
