What to wear under sleeper?

I have a sleeper for my baby and I was wondering what to put on underneath it. I want to put a thin footie pjs but wasn't sure if it might be to hot. My house gets down to about 67 68 at night but there's always a draft.

67/68 is the temperature your home should be set at. It’s the perfect sleeping temperature for babies and helps to reduce the risk of SIDS. This is the temperature we keep our home at. We sleep with the AC and fan on. Our daughter sleeps in a short sleeved, legless onesie and a velcro swaddle up to her armpits (arms free). It’s rare she ever wears more than that to bed and if she does, I just swap out the short sleeved onesie with a long sleeved one (still legless).

I always have some sort of onesie on underneath my baby’s sleepers, but that’s just me. We have a fan going in our room so it’s got a bit of chill to it.

My sleep sack is rated for down to 40° so little one just wears a diaper underneath. I had a lighter weight one before so I would put her in a cotton shirt and pants for that one. If lo feels warm when you get them in the morning maybe just do one less layer.

They could probably get away with just the sleeper. Babies produce a lot of body heat so I think they'd be fine
