I have Always been super active and working out 6-7 days a week sometimes twice a day. Being pregnant is obviously an adjustment, I’m still going 5-6 days a week but my workouts are suffering. Which I also understand I need to listen to my body. I have this constant soreness & ache in my groin/pelvic region...and it’s very uncomfortable to workout & sometimes it’s nearly impossible. Does anyone else have this problem? Ugh can I take Anything natural to help with the soreness?
