Spinal lumbar leaking herniated disc??? Omg talk about pain!!!!!! Mine has caused numbness in my hands and feet. I lose abilities to walk and be mobile. Can't lift and can't squat. Chance of it going to my brain. Not looking good for me. Anyone have any experiences with it yourself?
