Does being short make you have more back pains?!

I’m 4’9 & 24 weeks tomorrow & the back pains are too real! I can’t sit in a car for more then 10 minutes without being in pain! Or even sit down for that matter! It’s horrible! And I’m only 5 freaking months! I figured it was because I was short, but I’m just so worried that because I’m only 5 months and if it gets worse the more I grow, idk if I can handle it!! Is anyone else having these problems?!

I am 5'5" and my tail bone killed me with my first. It's been almost 16 years and I still have trouble sitting for long periods.

yes prenatal yoga helps a lot. i find ones pn youtube and do them early in morning to help with ache throughout day. but it has nothing to do with ur height. it something every pregnant woman has to deal with mote u stretch better it will feel

It doesn't have anything to do with your height, it's just how you're carrying the baby. I had no back pain with my first because i carried her more in my back. This time i'm carrying all out front and have horrible back pain

I dont think it is your height necessarily, I am 5 feet even and never had any back pain with my first.

I'm almost 33w with my second ,5'0, really small I was 96 now 118lb and my back don't hurt but I can stand for a few mins and be out of breath and my heart racing like I ran a marathon

I'm 5 ft exactly and my back hurt so bad with my first two. Now I'm 13 weeks along and it already hurts like hell, so it's going to be a loooong pregnancy for me. Try prenatal massage, it really helps.
