We're having our first baby in 10 weeks. Was not planned at all. My SO is having a hard time coming to terms with everything, and I keep freaking out on him and going overboard. Then realize after that I'm ridiculous and I'm not helping any (thanks hormones)

So I'm just wondering how you women have helped your SO prepare mentally, while being supportive.

It's creating so much tension and we're barely talking, which is making my hormones go even more insane!

Please help!
