So, today school let out early (1:45 rather than 3:10), so me and two of my friends (and one of their little sisters) went to the local cafe to hang out. One of these guys happens to be my crush (let's call him E). So my other friends (let's call him J), puts his cake down at the big corner booth were sitting at, and goes back to his sister at the counter. I go in and sit down, and E follows, taking the spot J was gonna sit, and ending up beside me. So the group of us chat for a while (with up to as many as 6 other people stopping to chat as well), and are there until 4:20 or so. We head back to school cause J and his sister need to leave to go home.

So E and I are left at the school, and we just start talking. As I'm walking back to my car, E walks with me, and away form the dorm (where he lives). We are chatting, then end up stopping and just continuing a conversation standing face to face for a bit. Suddenly, I rotate my body a little, and the sun catches my eye. Mid-sentence, E stops what he's saying and says "Woah! Your eyes! They're glowing". And being the completely awkward and un smooth person I am, I sorta laugh awkwardly and continue on the conversation. But we ended up standing around in the school parking lot, with a bunch of other dorm students milling about, as well as parents and teachers (it was parent-teacher interviews day), for another like 40 minutes till my parents get there and I have to talk with them, and he has to go work on something or other.

But I've been in a super good mood all afternoon and evening just cause we got to talk a load, he sat beside me (out of multiple seating options), seemed to make an effort to walk beside me rather than the other guy there, was goofing around with me (teasing my taking my phone, etc), and commented on my eyes, which I find often tend to just blend in cause my eyelashes are super blonde, and I don't wear makeup often, today being no exception.
