What steps should I take 🍼👶
Hey ladies, myself and husband have decided to start our ttc journey in December this year. I just wanted to ask what steps should I take. When should I start taking prenatal vitamins/ folic acid. Is there anything else I should be taking to help?
I’m currently in the process of getting healthier. I quit smoking three months ago. I try to walk at least an hour a day and do a 20km bike ride. By know means am I at a healthy weight iust started the journey around 2/3 weeks ago and have already lost 4kg.
Any advice would be really appreciated. Thank you
