6DPO, implantation, symptoms, too early??

So early this morning at 6DPO I started having pains or some sort of feeling in my uterus, I wouldn't say they are painful but they are definitely there. Is this too early to have this happen or could it be implantation happening?Anyone has this around a similar time and ended up being pregnant? Anyone who thought they was but wasn't? I'm trying so hard not to think about it as I feel so sure I'll only be disappointed but at the same time this small part of me can't help but be hopeful. I've wanted to be a mum forever and am so scared. Any advice regarding how to stop thinking about it, symptoms, testing times, anything would be much appreciated. ❤️
