New Job Worries

Hey all! The timing of my change in employment probably isn't ideal. I left an extreme toxic work environment without another job lined up. I was fortunate enough to get an interview. Yesterday I was called with a job offer. I accepted it. They don't know that I am expecting. I'm only 4 weeks along. I don't know if it's the hormones trying to take over or what but I have so many concerns going into this new position. It's a field position so I will be working outside 95% of the time. My mom worked in the field carrying me literally until her water broke. My biggest concern is having to tell them and the time that will need to be taken off to give birth. FMLA will not be available because I won't be there the year requires to use it. It is a large company, so I am hoping that the pregnancy discrimination act will work in my favor and the worst case scenario for me will be taking the time off unpaid. I don't feel like pregnancy should feel like a death sentence, but I am having some serious anxiety about the future. Do any of you moms have similar experiences? What was the outcome? Any information provided is greatly appreciated. Knowledge is power!
