Two periods in a month ? (READ BEFORE ANSWERING!)

I went the OBGYN on Tuesday because of painful sex .
I had a period the first of this month and I just started again . Have you ever had two periods in a month ? I don't take birth control . Im 22 and have had my period since I was 9.  I've never had this happen before .

The reason im on birth control is because i get my period three weeks a month, and I recently switched over to a new pill and my body is still getting used to it so i have a 7 day period, i get like three or four days off then it starts again. It wont kill you it’s just an inconvenience :/

I showered when I woke up about 9am,put a pad on and literally haven't bled since and it's been over 12 hours . Hmmm . Okay then .

I'm seventeen. I'm on the pill, but before that I had the implant. And before that, I had nothing.
When I had nothing, My period would come and go as it pleased. I bled all the time, it seemed.
When I got the implant, it only got worse. Plus, bloating got worse and I got mood swings. So, I got it removed, and switched to the pill.
While I've been on the pill, I have noticed my period has only came when it was "supposed" to. Honestly, if you're responsible enough to remember a pill everyday, do it. I'm not sexually active at the moment, I just use it for regulation.

well... I've had this happen a few times. have there been any situations lately causing you stress? change in lifestyle?  I'd only worry if it.was every month. it happens to me if I'm stressed or my lifestyle changes. I'm a teacher so it happens mostly for me before school starts. I hope this helped
