Left arm pain & tingling- almost 5 weeks pregnant

I'm really concerned about this pain I've had for about a week now. Sometimes it's near my shoulder blade, and lately between my shoulder and elbow. It seems to send a tingling feeling all the way down to my pinky finger and a shooting pain as well. I've read a lot about ectopic pregnancies and shoulder pain, but I've had no bleeding, cramping, or vomiting. My only other symptom is lower back pain that comes and goes. Thoughts & advice please!!! Praying for a healthy baby 🙏
