Birthing Center

I'm still TTC, but decided to do my research yesterday and found three birthing centers within 7 miles of me that are in-network for my insurance. SO excited that I have options, as hospitals kind of freak me out, and I definitely want a more natural experience.

So, has anyone here used a birthing center with a midwife before? What was the experience like? Did anyone get denied due to them being too busy? I'm a bit afraid because they said they only take a certain number of people on each month! Any tips?
