Today we have a family photoshoot scheduled, dads shirt got a large stain on it and we ran to the store to quickly grab a new one when my 2 month old and I get stopped by an employee. she proceeds to tell me that I, as a mom of a small baby, SHOULD look like crap because I shouldnt be sleeping all night and I shouldn't be depriving my child while I take a shower and that he should NOT have to have a pretty mother because what if he grows up to have perverted dreams of his beautiful mother. its not fair to other new moms that I get to show them up and make them feel bad. who the heck does this woman think she is???? that company heard it from me. have any of you ever been mom shamed for the simple fact that you look nice?? things are getting out of hand.
