Weird period. Help!

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. I’ve had pretty normal periods my entire life. Never really super late or painful or anything. Two months ago my period came 11 days late. Last month, 5 days late. This month, right on time. But it only lasted 2 days. I stopped bleeding for an entire day, and now I’m spotting a tiny bit of blood. That’s never happened. I’ve always had 5 days of period. It’s never stopped and then started again and only been a tiny tiny amount. Is this a symptom of PCOS? I’m just really confused and need a little help.
