eggs while my baby is an infant??

my baby is 7 months and I was reading online about getting eggs to your baby is a no no but I kept researching it and everyone has mixed feeling. so should I make some eggs for my baby ??

Eggs used to be one of the foods they recommended you wait since they are a common allergen. Now though, research says that it's better to introduce common allergens younger (right around 6 months) and continue giving it to them regularly to help prevent allergies. So things like peanut butter, eggs, strawberries, ect. should be introduced right away. Also, some vaccines contain traces of egg, so if your baby was vaccinated and didn't have a reaction, there's a lesser chance they'll have a reaction to the actual food.

I gave them to my son. He got red hive looking things on his face, but they went away within an hour, he wasn’t bothered by them. I gave them to him every 2-3 days, and the red spots stopped. It’s just an egg sensitivity, and if you offer it to them more, it goes away.

I started with yolk at 6 months and by 7 months was having the whole thing like in scrambled eggs but just to note the yolk is the nutritious part so if you're boiling or frying give just the yolk.

Hard boil it and feed them the yolk first few times, then try with white (scrambled is great!)
