Prenatal vitamins

I’ve been getting super nauseous in the morning and very close to throwing up...but I’m 11 dpo and getting a BFN!! Could the nauseousness be from the prenatals vitamins I’m taking? I’ve been taking them for a few months and this has never happened before except for this week. Opinions?
