Demon Cramps

my cramps are so bad that I have peed myself multiple times today, how the hell do I fix this? I've been laying completely still, but the second I sneeze, wiggle, or GET UP TO GO TO THE BATHROOM (every 30 minutes) I soil my panties!!!! is there something wrong???
