Landed at the supermarket and was just about to get out of the car when I got the weirdest feeling! It was like a pinching sensation in my mons pubis area. It actually made me go 'ow'

It was only a few seconds, it wasn't a stab and it wasn't an ache, it was literally like a pinch under the skin. My other half asked if I was ok, so I described it to him and he couldn't think of an explanation either

This weird pinch carried on coming and going for about 20 minutes while I continued to try do the shopping and then as if attempting some weird finale I got a cramping pain in my actual vagina....

and then it stopped....*poof* gone

I'm currently 5dpo trying to conceive baby number 1 (for me) following a vasectomy reversal (not OH's first rodeo) so we've been told that it's going to be a bit more difficult for us. I don't want to get me hopes up but this is a bit weird. Has anyone had this feeling before, if so what happened? Was it happy news or did mother nature just drop in unexpectedly early (she's rude like that)

UPDATE - just in case it wasn't clear where this is happening, it's not in my stomach/uterus/ovaries it's in my mons pubis, lower than where you would get a normal period/ovulation cramp. Basically up against my pubic bone.
