How do you do it?

Can someone please explain to me how you leave your breastfed baby with someone else... I honestly don't understand how I'm supposed to do this. 😭 my mom came over to babysit her for the first time today and I was a wreck...started to pump and baby girl ended up falling and hitting her lip on a shelf so I stopped and nursed her, she was fine but then I was so nervous I only pumped an oz. So I took milk out of the freezer and we finally left... my partner and I both rushed through our errands lol but managed to sit down at Starbucks for lunch. My mom called and said she drank a bit of milk but didn't want any solids so I said that's fine... came home to baby hysterical as she wanted to nurse 🙈... I just can't believe I have to leave her for 8 hours every day with a stranger... someone who will spend more time with her than me... I just don't want to... does it get easier? My daughter is 11 months btw... go back full time in January.
