I've had 2 coloxyl (stool softeners) before bed most nights since I had my baby 9 weeks ago. I've found that and drinking atleast 1 tall glass of water everytime you breastfeed helps. (If you are breastfeeding) remember that leeches alot of water from your body so you need to keep hydrated.
