6 weeks pregnant and spotting

Hi ladies, first time mum here needing a bit of advice. I suffer with anxiety and panic attacks (which seem worse now that I'm pregnant) so seeing this has made me worry. I didn't have any implantation spotting or bleeding, but I have had cramps since becoming pregnant on most days some days they're super light and only when I move around and others days way more uncomfortable. Today when I wiped there was very dark brown (almost purple?) spotting in my CM - any advice that will help me stop freaking out a little? Thanks everyone 😊
