Female hormones
If you need more female hormones in your body then can you use birth control (patch,pill,etc.) and at what age? I'm gonna be 16 soon and my mom doesn't want me to. The problem is my period has been strange for a while and I have abnormal hair pattern on my body for a female. Should I ask a gynecologist? My mom won't let me see one until I'm 18. Is that too far from now? I've had my period since I was 9 and I know that you should see a gynecologist between the ages 13-15 or something. How do I talk to my mother about this?
