Hello, this may be a dumb question but is it safe to use sweet oil while breastfeeding ? I had a plugged ear and put sweet oil in it to soften the earwax
Been reading iffy answers online about it, about not to use essential oils while pregnant or breastfeeding..
and now I’m freaking out
