Preterm labor stopped with meds, how long after did you deliver?

Anyone out there have preterm labor stopped with meds and bed rest?  If so, how long did you keep the baby cooking before labor came again and you were able to deliver?

I had preterm labor with both my kids at 33 weeks and they stayed in until 36 weeks. Both healthy and no problems.

I have an irritable uterus and had labor stopped twice with my first who was more than a week late and then on meds with my daughter who was right on time. Had contractions off and on this time but no one seems worried about it and I'm not stressing since I was fine the last two times.

I had it with my second at 31 wks was stopped with meds but no bed rest and then ended up needing to be induces 4 days over due
