Elliptical for leg toning?
If I use an increased incline and resistance throughout a session, and also continuously increase the resistance with each session will this help with toning my thighs and butt?
I don’t have a gym membership and am doing as many at home weight exercises I can to work on toning (mostly focusing on lower body as that is my biggest problem area). I like doing the elliptical for 20-30 mins before my other exercises but was wondering if it could also be used to help tone?
