So embarrassing

So I never go out , I spend most of the time at home studying but for some reason I decided to go out with my new roommate .She bought some sweet rum and coke , I was not planning to drink but she was saying that drinking at home is cheaper and that's true. I am a light weight I just need to smell alcohol to get tipsy . The thing is that I decided to try her licor with coke and took one glass and another 3/4 of a glass that's all I drank ,after that we went to the club I and started to feel super drunk to the point that I fell in the bathroom , and then she and other girl tried to get me out ,but I was so weak I couldn't walk at all , the club called 911 and I woke up at the ER .

I am so ashamed, I don't know how can I stop feeling so guilty and some ashamed of how irresponsable I was ,also I am 27 years old and I everyone like me in the hospital where girls between 17-18 coming from frat parties. I just wanted to know if that has happened to you before .
