friends bring it up

am I being to sensitive...? last year I got an abortion...the pill form ... and its been so hard for me...its a triggering topic ....and people I'm close to know that...I'm in the bathroom crying ...and hurt ...I was showing my friend a picture of a hairless kitten because I find them cute ..I was happy and having a good day..and the friend I'm hanging with then looks up dead fetuses and tries to show me even if he knows my story an how hurt I get from that topic ..after what I went through.. he kept saying im to sensitive...that because I got quiet he want to go home now ..am I being to sensitive?...
