Implantation or Gearing up for AF

This is our 2nd month TTC and I literally have to talk myself through symptoms so I don't get too carried away. I could use your opinions! This time around at 3DPO I've been cramping pretty consistently. Today was super sharp cramps that lasted a while (almost to the point I'd have to stop in my tracks). I haven't had any spotting just very thick lotion like CM and my BT spiked today. AF is like clockwork and I normally don't cramp until a day before she comes. Could this be implantation?
