What am I doing wrong?
When I was in middle school-high school I had perfect skin but now I have blackheads on my nose, pimples on my forehead (and sometimes other places) and sometimes my skin randomly gets dry and peels! I wash my face every night (I don't in the morning anymore because my face got REALLY dry when I did). I've tried moisturizing a lot, not moisturizing at all, changing face washes, changing moisturizers, etc. Etc. People are supposed to get skin problems during puberty, right? But I had perfect skin during puberty and now that I'm 20 my skin is terrible. I don't understand because I eat healthier now than I did back then and exercise more. Does anyone know what I could have changed that made my skin worse?
