Cd 15 and estrogen

My OB did some blood work last week due to me having chemical pregnancies. On cd 15 my estradiol was 86. I was suppose to ovulate tomorrow but had ovulation pains Monday. Blood work was done Wednesday. She didn’t pull a Progesterone level. But she did do an FSH and it is 5.9. Any insight ?
