I want to move in with my mom and move to Florida with her for a number of reasons. My dad is not understanding me and it’s not going well and I know this is what I want to do and it’s what I need. I love him so much but I’m willing to do whatever it takes to move with my mom. What are my rights? Can I choose to live with my mom and move without my dad having a say?
