5 week period

my period has been non stop for 5 weeks and heavy, ive been close to bleeding through super tampons many times, i’ve been hospitalised for over 7 days for abdominal pain and they don’t think it’s related but i’m starting to think maybe it is because it’s been the same time as the period, i don’t know what to do anymore i feel like i’m losing too much blood
