Over reacting

So I am 11 weeks pregnant with my first baby. So far I have only had nausea, fatigue, some random aches and pains that last literally a second. and an occasional headache. Some days I don't even feel pregnant. I know I'm still early enough where I won't really start showing. I got back to the doctor in a week and a half. idk why I'm nervous. I see these things that the babybstopa growing or heart stops beating. in really have tried not to read anything negative and I have had no signs that anything is wrong. I'll feel so much better once I go back to doctor but still. Ugh am I alone?!?!
