HELP ME!!! TMI!!

so According to Glow AF was due this month between the days of the 18th and the 22nd well today is the 22nd and well today is the 22nd so I went to use the restroom and I wiped myself and it was a bright pink color so I put on a pad and Checked 20 min later and found this?! I need help what do you think this means?
