Tumme Tickle ???

Yesterday my family went out to chinease. it was my sons first birthday. He was eating mac and cheese, ect so I got him a drink. they had a drink called tumme tickle or something like that. its one of those drinks where

you pull up the cap. well he is really picky and he drank the whole thing. first thing instead of formula he has drank the whole thing. I know it has sugar in it but I dont know if I should water it down. please I need advice!!!!!
