What are some products I can use to get rid of this acne ASAP

I literally woke up with my face broke out like this BAD. It’s the worse around my mouth for some reason, I have never experienced a break out like this before especially around my mouth, it’s so painful!! I need some suggestions on things I can use to get rid of it fairly fast. I also have oily skin, I know some products I need to stay away from because of that. I’m desperate I’ll try anything.
