I NEED HELP

So I just got my first boyfriend and everything was going great. We talked everyday and life was good. We were dating for a month and then he just stopped talking to me as much as we use to. He would text me good morning and then not talk to me the rest of the day or when we saw each other. Then we went out with a bunch of our friends and I thought things were getting better I really did. We were talking holding hands and acting normal. His ex, my close friend, and him rode home together. On the ride he told her he still loved her even though he's with me. Since she and I are friends she told me about this cause I had a break down. Now he's acting totally normal towards me and I have absolutely no idea of what to do.

Please help my figure out what to do.
