I got married a little over a month ago and my husband & I have talked about having a baby in the future. I am currently still on my parents insurance & can be for a few more years. I know if I was to get pregnant while on their insurance that it wouldn't cover the pregnancy but my husbands insurance could cover the birth & the baby. Does anyone know what would happen if I got pregnant on my parents insurance, like would I have to pay out of pocket for the doctors appointments or what would happen? I just want to know what would be best to do in the future when we're wanting to start trying. I appreciate any advice or experience anyone can give!
