Is this a good starting pay?! First job

Question

So I just got hired at a pediatric clinic as a CMA. It has always been my dream to work with children. Well I was wondering if $15.50 is a good pay for a per diem certified medical assistant. I am starting as per diem just because I am still going to school to further my career. Do you think I’m getting paid fairly?? I’m not sure seeing as this is my first job besides babysitting.

i just wanted ti say hey girl. because im an RMA. considering i got offered 15 an hour for a full time possition with a small amount of a higher cred I'd say yes that's a good starting pay. but it's also per diem so you will get paid more that way than if you were an employee because you won't get any benefits
