starting my journey
a couple months ago I went to my gyno due to difficulties getting pregnant and got diagnosed with pcos. I read that with proper diet and exercise it could help me. so starting tomorrow I'm going to start eating healthy and getting my body right. I'm just worried that I might give in to food cravings. Well here's hoping for the best :)
