6 wks "post" appointment today...

Shannon • TTC baby #2 for 6+ yrs. Healing from mc 3/15. We have 1 precious boy & his hearts desire is to be a big brother...
Went great! I seriously 💜 my DR. If we were neighbors we could be BFFs! Lol. Anyway, I got lots of good info & questions answered. She said I had a blighted ovum. Prescribed vitamin b complex & vitamin d which can both help prevent recurrent mc's & did blood work (11 vials ugh!) to see if a cause could be determined for mc. Will resume IUI with next cycle. CD 11 now so if I'm regular my next cycle should start on the 17. Seems like forever!

How exciting that you're going to try again soon!  That's awesome that you love your doc, I had a great one who I loved, but then she retired and I haven't had that connection since then. It's so important. Baby dust to you!!

Shannon I just found out today that I need a D&C on Thursday. I have no clue what to expect! How was recovery for you after yours? And when did you get your next period after it?

Thank you so much Shannon. Praying you get your BFP soon. I can already tell you are an amazing mommy! I'm going to take a few weeks off to not think shoot TTC and just focus on being healthy and happy. I wish you all the best! Please keep me updated 💜

So glad it went well! I think having a doctor that you like is important. I love my OBGYN but I'm not a huge fan of my RE. He is the only one in our area that is covered under our insurance though, and we all know how important that is.Just to warn you, the B vitamins will turn your urine neon yellow, so you have that to look forward to. 😊 My prenatals are heavy in B vitamins and I freaked out because I couldn't figure out why, even after drinking water all day, I was still having the neon yellow.Praying for a BFP on your next IUI and a healthy little bean to go with it.

Yeah it's a bummer we have to be limited by our insurance. I'm just with an OB right now but she's awesome! I told her if I lived in JH I'd like to take her out for coffee!! Lol. Praying we both get Our full term babes SOON!! XOXO
