I need help. What do you think?

I started to take fertile aid in August because I wanted to try to regulate my period.. the first bottle went by and I did not feel no different the second bottle worked I started my period September 15-27 compared to last month it was a big difference.. I even started to get the period symptoms that I had never had in my life like cramps and sore/tender breast etc... so i had sex on most of on fertile days that the apps says the week after that I started to spot brown off and on but sometimes it was brown with a light pink I did not think anything of it I just thought maybe the pills are trying to regulate my period still. The beginning of this week was crazy I was having intense mood swings like me and my husband was going to Walmart and we was talking about the homeless people and I burst out crying for no reason then I’m okay another time was when we was in the cookie aisle and we was looking for cookies and me and my SO picked out the same cookies and I started to cry again so decided to get pregnancy test while there.. I took the test 3 days before my period was suppose to come and came back negative so just like okay we’ll I’ll test again after a late period.. my period has not started was exposed to start on the 19th and I test 3 days after late period any negative so I don’t know what’s going on I been having headaches, having a hard time sleeping and getting comfortable, been having a pain only on the left side of my stomach and dizziness also had been having the feeling of throwing up but don’t.. i also had a random spotting with a brown blood clot and I don’t know what they means.. I don’t know what I should do or what’s going on.
